Trade Ledger Guide & Analytics
A complete auditable log of all trades made using AlphaSignal recommendations. Tracks execution against signal, measures slippage, and builds a verifiable track record.
Trade Log Table
Overview
Paginated table of all recorded trades: Date, Asset, Direction, Entry, Exit, Size, Gross P&L, Net P&L (after fees), Signal Source (Z-Score / ML / Manual), and Outcome (WIN/LOSS). Filterable by date range, asset, signal source, and outcome.
How to Read
Sort by Net P&L descending to identify best trades. Sort ascending to find worst trades and identify patterns in losing setups. The Signal Source column reveals which inputs are generating actual alpha.
Performance Attribution Breakdown
Overview
A stacked bar chart breaking total P&L into attribution buckets: Alpha (signal-generated edge), Beta (market direction), and Noise (random variance). Allows understanding of what is actually driving returns.
How to Read
A tall Alpha bar relative to Beta = the system is generating genuine signal-based edge rather than just riding the market. Heavy Beta exposure in a bull market is not skill — it is market exposure.
